Ruth has completed the designations of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and continues to update her insurance knowledge. Providing timely customer service and product knowledge to Wagner Agency, Inc clients are a priority for Ruth. She enjoys building great business relationships with clients.
