Encova

Encova, formally BrickStreet Insurance, a mutual company owned by its policyholders, has historic roots, having launched Jan. 1, 2006 as West Virginia’s first private workers’ compensation carrier.

Since then, Encova has grown by expanding operations into other states and now is a regional workers’ compensation carrier. Encova currently writes business in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia as well as the District of Columbia.
