CallJoann has over 20 years of experience in the personal lines insurance field. She started her professional career as a real estate agent. However, upon prompting from her own insurance agent, Joann realized insurance may be her path. In 2018, after many years of servicing individual personal insurance accounts, Joann decided to take on a new challenge and accepted the personal lines department manager position at Wagner Agency. Joann enjoys the ever-changing landscape of her job but most of all she loves working with customers. Joann has always been grateful for the opportunities the insurance industry has provided her. In her spare time, Joann enjoys camping, the beach, cooking for her friends & family and most of all, her Grandchildren!
